Warranties

Warranty Conditions.

Please note that warranty does not apply to Color or Model, as it is shipped based on availability and this product does not have variations.

Warranty does not apply to model or color for products that do not have variations; they are shipped based on availability. Likewise, warranty does not apply to the intensity of colors shown in the image.

Warranty on warranty does not apply.

* NOTE: If a warranty is approved, the replacement will not be sent until the product for which the warranty is approved has been received. Once received, the replacement will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours *

Conditions for submitting a Warranty claim on the platform.

All warranty claims, to be processed, must include sufficient information with videos or photos that can evidence the damage or malfunction. It must also include the delivery guide with which it arrived. (the guide acts as an invoice for the order claim)

Conditions for returning a product.

* To make a return effective, the product must be properly protected, taking care of the condition of the original packaging, including all documents and/or manuals and accessories (if applicable). In addition, the status of the guide must be "DELIVERED" in order to proceed.

Warranty for missing parts

* Missing parts or broken, damaged, and dented products: To process a warranty claim, you have a maximum of 2 days to report it from the reception of the product, through the platform, in which the novelty must be specified and argued with evidence (photos and videos of the received condition of the product with its packaging and the photo or video of the received guide)

Right of withdrawal

* Law 1480 of 2011 / To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the supplier in the same conditions in which it was received. The transport costs and others involved in the return are borne by the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) working days, counted from the delivery of the product. The right of withdrawal will be automatically canceled if the product was used or is not in the same delivery conditions, with its accessories, security seals, manuals, and whatever it entails.

Manufacturing defects

* To make the report, you have a 30-day warranty for the product's operation and/or damages not related to its correct functioning. It is important to provide evidence (video) where the product is not working, and it must be reported through the platform.

In cases of Changes or returns of warranties.

* In cases where a warranty is approved due to malfunction or product change. The original product must be sent to our warehouses. Once the product arrives, we will have 48 hours for the shipment of the product for exchange or repair.
