1. INCOMPLETE ORDER - If you order more than one unit and only receive one.

2. MALFUNCTION - If it does not meet your expectations with respect to what is offered to you or if it has any defect, but not due to misuse.

3. BROKEN PRODUCT – If the product arrives broken due to poor packaging or mishandling by the carrier.

4. WRONG PRODUCT – If we send something different from what you requested.

5. Products that come into contact with the skin are not covered by warranty once the customer uses them. This point refers to (EPILATORS AND SHAVERS).

6. Good evidence must be sent, i.e., a video clearly showing the damage or non-conformity with the product; only photos will not be accepted.

7. Please, when returning warranty items, all parts must be included, including the box. It must be sent wrapped in cardboard. If the product arrives at our warehouse without any protection, the warranty will not be accepted.
